Ian is a trial lawyer who has spent his entire career practicing personal injury law. Prior to joining Sattler Law Group, P.C. as Of Counsel, Ian worked for many years at another premier personal injury firm in New York City and also spent time in-house at a large insurance company. Ian knows how to analyze cases from all angles and he handles every type of personal injury matter, ranging from car accidents and trip/slip and falls to medical malpractice and labor law.
Ian’s practice is guided by three tenets that he does not waiver from – Trust, Communication and Personal Attention.
Trust – After being injured in an accident the last thing a client needs is an attorney making false promises. Ian we will always be honest with you about your case, and you can trust that your interests will be put above all else.
Communication – Ian values input from clients and is always available to discuss your case. He will walk you through every step of the process and keep you updated on the progress of your case. You will never be left waiting for a return telephone call or email. Ian makes it a personal goal to ensure that clients walk away knowing that their voice was heard.
Personal Attention – Ian will not treat your case as just another case of many. He ensures that each client is given the personal attention he/she deserves and that each case is investigated and worked up meticulously – no matter how big or how small.
Ian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2004 and his Law Degree from Indiana University – Maurer School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, and he also passed the California Bar Exam. Ian lives with his wife and three daughters in Westchester County, New York.
